Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Letsbuynow.in. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/tags.

❌ The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., grooming tools, innerwear)
  • Perishable items
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” in the description

2. Return Process

  1. Raise a return request via email at hi@letsbuynow.in or call 044 46094773 with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will verify the issue and approve the return (if eligible).
  3. You will be asked to ship the item back, or we may arrange a pickup in select pin codes.
  4. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll initiate the refund/replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you for your UPI/bank details to process the refund.

4. Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong size or product, we will ship you a replacement once the original item is returned.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
  • Once shipped, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the item.
